Due to the ever-changing fluctuation of equipment prices and our schedule availabilty, all quotes on installations or equipment orders are good for 14 days.
Quotes
All MRCOOL equipment and installation sales are final.
It is the customers responsibility to order the correct equipment sizes and components.
If wrong item is sent to you or you receive a defective item, we will work to process an exchange for your order.
Returns & Exchanges
Returned checks are subject to a $35.00 fee.
